Green Bulding Fund
GBF Requirements
Participating within the Green Building Funds round 7, scheduled to close on the 29th March 2011 requires applications to meet certain criteria to be eligible.
An application must be for a commercial office, hotel or shopping centre and has to of been occupied for 12 months prior and 12 months after the project completion.
The applicant must be a non tax-exempt organisation, and must be the owner or part owner of the premise. The organisation must also be able to demonstrate the level of greenhouse gas emission prior to commencement, projected savings and an ability to fund the cost of the project not met by the Green Building Fund grant.
Green Building Fund application require the following information to be submitted as part of an application;
1. Milestones and key activities
• Key project plans – describing the major activities to be undertaken to achieve each milestone.
2. Demonstration potential
• Extent to which measuring and sharing project outcomes
• Extent to which cost effective, innovative technologies will be applied.
3. Design and management
• Available resources to undertake project and ensure positive outcomes. Including key employees, contractors and their roles in the project.
4. Finance support
• Details covering the project costing and funding sought from AusIndustry.
5. Budget
• Detailed eligible expenditure, and description of each item.
6. Supporting documents
• Ability to share costs
• NABERS pre-project and predicted
• Schedule of works
• Equipment specifications
• Gantt chart of implementation
• Equipment savings substantiation
