Tenancy Lighting Energy Efficiency Assessments under CBD program. With the first transitional year of the program approaching a close the implementation of the tenancy lighting assessment tool on 1 November 2011 will now take place.

The Act strives to address the energy efficiency of commercial office spaces and the disclosure requirements intend to provide a potential purchaser or lessee with an indication of a building's operational efficiencies.
